If ever it boosts your confidence to sing while doing something, then give it a go. It truly does not matter whether you suck at it or not, as long as it makes you feel better.

Eating stuff which makes you feel bloated and full all the time is going to make you lazier than the usual. Last but definitely not the least is to never stop changing for the better. Nothing this major has the possibility of being completed just over one night. It takes a few months or maybe even years to perfectly pull this off. As long as you have great determination and extreme self control, all of this will disappear.
