The Importance Of Knowing About Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence is how you acknowledge and deal with your emotions as well as how you deal with others. This intelligence should be taught at a young age, so children could go knowing what to do when they encounter anxiety and other emotional issues. Unfortunately before, even until now, education is focusing more of logical thinking and scientific factors and structures, which is the reason why more and more people are growing up having problems in dealing even with their own basic emotions. However, there are eqi 20 these days that keeps track of one emotional wellness.

What is the reason why this intelligence is not part of the school basin curriculum. It is because most people do not think that its at all important, after all it is not something that is easily comprehended and understood. In fact nobody is ever born with it, everyone needs a good amount of time to actually learn it.

This is due to the fact that emotional intelligence is something you acquire by indulging though culture, studies and theories. It is something you gain through experience and constantly communicating with different people having different emotional strengths and weaknesses.

Rational thinking is very important in a person day to day living. Lack of it in a daily basis can become a very big issue, that is hard to resolve. With this note, one could think that maybe factor relating to emotions is actually not that irrelevant.

Emotional intelligence is not only an interesting piece of knowledge that one needs to learn but it is something that would lead humanity to a better future, where less wars are raged and more people understand the word empathy.

But the problem is, not being able to learn about this intelligence as early as possible makes it difficult for one to see if the person is covering what they truly feel. All this structure education made people think that logic and scientific resolve is everything. But that truth is, its only a small portion to get one through hard situations.

Not only does it encourage, their employees to work well together, but also provide them with the essentials to work at their best. There is also lesser probability of any sudden outburst of emotions or arguments between two fellow co workers. So there is less misunderstanding and a much healthier working environment.

When you think about the expenses of promoting this emotional intelligence in the work place maybe one should try to consider the possibility of positive outcomes in having employees whom has control over their emotion and understanding of co employees emotions and actions.

With this intelligence being implemented to the different countries in different continents, then the world shifts to become greater than it ever was. With people understanding the importance humanity, when one acknowledges the other persons flaw but tries to understand. Do you not think that maybe what this world is lacking is for humanity to show more understanding towards each others actions.
