Exploring Near Death Experience Short Stories

By Sandra Kelly

When it comes to NDEs, these experiences can provide a great deal of hope and faith. For, Near Death Experience Short Stories can often provide hope where hope was once lost. Whether perusing a blog, Facebook or YouTube video or hearing one of these stories first hand, the experience can often be uplifting.

While these experiences have been researched and documented, there has also been a great deal of skepticism. In either case, it is interesting to read some of these stories, especially ones in which the individual and others have shared similar commonalities whether through dreams or visions. For, when an individual shares a story of an incident so personal, then hears of others having the same experience, it makes the reality of the NDE more probable.

One of the best movies related to this type of experience is Heaven Is For Real. For, while the movie about a young boy whom is miraculously healed during a near death experience is quite intriguing it is actually the add-on to the movie which features real people whom all shared paintings of dreams and visions related to such events. If the commonalities are not enough to sway belief, the likeness of several whom have painted the experience upon reawakening is nothing less than uncanny.

In the online short stories related to these and other NDEs, individuals can find out more about the dreams and visions of those whom have had these experiences. While this is the case, actually talking to survivors or those in the medical profession whom were on hand during such an experience can often provide a great deal more information.

While akin to actual stories, it should be noted that the Flatliners films are nothing more than fiction. In addition, individuals need know that the events in these films never took place. For, in order to have the long experiences each had during death have no commonalities with real life incidents.

In most cases, real life researchers whom have proven that NDEs are real have often done so by comparing information from real life survivors. Once having seen that there were a number of commonalities among those whom had experienced the phenomenon, researchers began to believe that the stories were more than credible.

One of the most common of these themes is having a lack of sense related to time and space. Whereas, seeing a light at the end of a dark tunnel with a light at each end, meeting up with relatives, friends, or spiritual beings of light such as angels have also been reported by more than one survivor. In some cases, the individuals described having been pulled into the tunnel by one or more of these figures then let go flowing backwards toward the light.

As far as the personal experiences of those whom have died and been brought back to life, most report feelings of being awake and aware during the process. At the same time, the feel of weightlessness gave the individual a sense of being somewhere between the physical and spiritual worlds. In most cases, individuals reported being happy, pain-free and at peace.
