You can organize a group to teach them the word of God. It does not matter where you want to held it. But you can always encourage them to join and explain it to them the importance of it.
You cannot travel without enough documents. Especially your passport. Make sure, you have it already and it is still valid. And be honest with your purpose so the transaction will be smooth. If they ask you to have shots for your safety, go for it.
You do not have to be rich to offer some help. You could join any organization that focused on helping countries that are not well off. Because you will find some generous people that will fund the organization. This is important to make the mission successful. Not all people has the determination to go to the trip. So they prefer to just give financial assistance.
